SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass., July 16, 2002 ¾ Storability Software, a leading provider of storage area management (SAM) solutions, today announced that it has finalized a sale of certain assets, including its AssuredStorage Operations Center (ASOC), and licenses for software technology associated with delivery of remote storage management and administration services to StorageTek® (Storage Technology Corp., NYSE:STK) of Louisville, Colo. The sale finalizes Storability’s planned transition from pioneer in delivery of Storage Assurance™ services to a leading provider of storage area management software.
